Our Policies

Reservations + Refunds

Your appointments are very important to Copper + Fringe, they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we are pleased to honor all cancellations and appointment modifications with a minimum 24-hour notice prior to the appointment. Your consideration allows us enough time to re-book the space with another guest.


All appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment service fee. Certain exceptions may be considered by management based on the circumstances. Thank you for understanding.


Not calling and not showing up for a scheduled appointment will require a credit card on file to reschedule and 100% of payment for previously missed appointment. If more than one (1) “no show” occurs, we may decline your request to reschedule.


For those scheduling same day appointments, please contact the salon two (2) hours before your appointment time if a cancellation is necessary. A 50% service charge will be assessed to any appointment canceled within one (1) hour of the scheduled time.


We strive to serve each guest at their appointed time. As a courtesy, appointments are given a 10-minute grace to begin. Beyond the grace period, we can’t guarantee we can accommodate your appointment. However, every effort will be made to accommodate you. If you anticipate a late arrival, we encourage you to call, in advance, to request a modification of your appointment time.


Copper + Fringe is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Guest must present the physical or online card at time of purchase to redeem.
